Appointments

Please feel free to contact me with any initial questions or to schedule your first consultation appointment. I do not participate in any insurance panels, however I can provide invoices and receipts reflecting fees for services with necessary information including codes that you may submit to your insurance company for out-of-network benefits. I am happy to explain the process of submitting invoices to receive reimbursements (depending upon your policy) for services that I provide.

Sessions are 60 minutes. I request payment on the date of service. I provide an itemized monthly receipt with diagnostic and procedural codes to submit to insurance companies for reimbursements. A regular weekly appointment time is typically agreed upon after the initial consultation. I have a 24 hour cancellation policy to avoid the fee for scheduled sessions.
